Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
NextSteps is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or carrier-marked delivered packages. In these situations, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
